Tech #1: Sunday, 7/6 3:00 pm-12:00 am (James and Jack arrive at 6:00p, no orchestra)
3p-4p In Dressing Rooms: Please park in the cast lot, enter BEHIND the scene shop and be ready for a meeting with Sarah and Brady at 3:00 in the yellow dressing room. Don’t wear white and bring show shoes. (Cast move into space, costume distribution and discussion with cast.)
Called: FULL COMPANY (cast and crew)
4p-5:30p Stage time: safety walk of the stage, spike set pieces with cast on stage, run scene changes –
focus on set and performer formations
5:30p-6p Group 1 get into mics (identified by Sound Designer)
6p-6:30p Group 2 get into mics (identified by Sound Designer), Group 1 mic check (run by sound designer)
6:30p-7p Group 2 sound check and then full cast soundcheck (both run by sound designer)
Also during this time: eat dinner (bring your own; no deliveries), do a further safety walk in ALL your show shoes, crew continue to spike set pieces, etc.)
7p-8p Stage time: run dances, space, spike set pieces and/or run scene changes not completed earlier
8p - 12a Cue to cue of show (scene changes, lighting cues addressed, SFX, special effects, mic cues)
12a – All but production team pack up and leave, production team meeting

Rehearsal Expectations for the AHC from Sarah Saugier, TIP Production Manager
1. The creative commons is a public space. Please keep the volume down, make sure your behavior reflects kindly on TIP, and clean up after yourself.
2. All rehearsals are closed. If your ride would like to wait here for you, they may wait in the creative commons.
3. There may be a rental in the event space. This may include a buffet line or other things near the event space. Please do not invite yourself to their party, even if it looks like a really great party.
4. The rehearsal studios and other spaces are used during the day by kid camps and renters. Please do not leave personal items in the spaces and help your stage management team clean up at the end of each rehearsal.
5. The vending machines are operated by an independent contractor. We cannot change what is in them or provide refunds. Like all vending machines, use at your own risk.
6. Please do not go into spaces not assigned to your show.
7. There is no access to a microwave or refrigerator - keep this in mind if you are bringing food.
8. WEAR ONLY CLOSED-TOE SHOES.
Rehearsal Expectations for the AHC from Stage Management
1. Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your call time.
2. Come prepared to sing/dance/act with appropriate shoes/clothes, your script, a pencil, and a water bottle.
3. Please limit food and snacks to the Creative Commons.
4. Listen to directions from the directing team.
5. Please stay quiet and attentive in the rehearsal rooms.
6. Clean up after yourself and help Stage Management at the end of the night.
7. Only touch props you have permission to handle.
8. When in doubt, ASK!
9. Let’s have some fun and put on a GREAT show.
